1. Pre-sale Service
We can provide samples, but customers should pay for them. As the furniture product features relatively large size and low value, we think that the freight charges should also on the customers's account.
2. Service in the Sales and Production Cycle
For the products damaged in the warranty period, we will provide free relevant components or deliver the components with the goods of next order.
The production cycle for bulk goods is 15 days, and for a 20' or 40' high cube container is 20 days. Generally, the lead time is about 30 days for a container and about 45 days for two containers. For bulk cargos, it is usually within 7 to 20 days.
3. After-sale Service
One year warranty is available. We provide free components for the products damaged within the warranty period. For small components, we can directly send them to customers, and for large ones, we suggest that they can be delivered with the goods of next order or we can offer corresponding discount to customers as a result of a friendly negotiation.
4. Other Special Services
A. We provide design, customization, installation and training services.
B. We welcome customers to examine goods and take charge of the traffic expenses from the hotel or airport to our company. If customers have no time for goods examination, we can send the photos of finished products and packaging to customers before goods delivery.
5. OEM Service
For the OEM service, customers should first send us a product drawing for our reference or send us samples, and then after we finish sample fabrication, the samples we manufacture will be sent to customers for further confirmation.
6. Payment Terms
T/T is our usual practice, and customers can directly transfer the payment through bank.
7. Delivery Time after Receipt of Payment
We will immediately begin production upon the receipt of payment. The delivery time for bulk goods is 7 to 20 days. The goods requiring container transportation will be delivered within 30 days.
